About Isaac

Isaac Johnson’s story is one of determination. Isaac was born and raised in the small town of Martinsville, IN. He comes from three generations of body shop owners and NASCAR fans. One of Isaac’s earliest memories of a racetrack is of attending his first NASCAR race at Indianapolis Raceway Park (“IRP”) and receiving a thumbs up from NASCAR Hall of Famer, Carl Edwards.

Isaac started racing go karts at the age of 12, but he was not able to race a full season until he was 17 (2017). He was able to win the title that season and again in 2020. In between his victories, Isaac obtained a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Isaac got behind the wheel of Kenyon Midgets, Dirt Late Models, and Pavement Late Models which led to his first ARCA Menards Series start in 2023 at IRP. Isaac finished 12th in the racecar sponsored by his employer, George E. Booth Company.

In 2024, Isaac was able to make his Daytona debut sponsored by Endress+Hauser where he finished 18th after a last lap crash. Isaac wrapped his 2024 season with 3  Top 10 finishes. Throughout 2025, Isaac has returned to the Kenyon Midget Series where he has racked up 2 wins, 7 Top 6s, and 9 Top 10s. He has proven that when behind the wheel he can be a contender each week.

With recent approval for the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series and opportunities with top teams in ARCA, Isaac is pushing to continue his climb up the NASCAR ladder in 2026 while also staying true to his roots with opportunities in the Kenyon Midget Series, CARS Tour, 500 Sprint Car Tour, and more.
